Total Bella Spa Policies

Our 24 hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can provide our clients with the best service possible. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel at the last minute, a $50 fee will be charged. Please note that refunds will not be granted once services have been rendered. Partial refunds may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
